CONSTIPATION

First of all we will describe that what is the constipation.It is the common problem of digestive system.When the bowel movement are not occur often or hard pass stool which is called as constipation.

  • It can occur because of our poor diet when you do not take nutritive food.Low fiber diet is also the cause of constipation.
  • When you do not do exercise regularly because most of the people are not exercise and it leaves metabolism problems. Irregularity  in metabolic stalls and delaying the impulse to have the bowel movements are the causes of constipation.
  • Due to dehydration  :- when you do not intake of adequate water it refers to stool hard. 
  • Due to stress and depression :- when the people live in a stressed life  they are not aware for food which is source of rich fiber and changes in their food habits.
  • Sometimes when you settle down from one to another place then in some cases the weather and water from that place where you are living not suitable for people and may occur digestive problems such as pain in abdomen.
  • Environmental conditions :- Sometimes due to the weather changes it can happen with us.
  • Traveling:- Traveling is the common problem of constipation. During travelling people may have the difficulties because they travel by empty stomach it will be cause the constipation.
  • Medicine :-  Administration of medicine which are cause digestive problems.

  • When you are suffering from constipation then 2 to 3 bowel movements a week.
  • It is hard to pass stool because of dryness in stool.
  • Your feel fullness in your stomach.
  • Occurring in pain in during bowel movements and passing stool.
  • Many people have blood in their stool.
  • Sudden changes in the bowel movements .
  • Loss of appetite.
  • Loss of body salts.

Natural ways to relieve constipation


  • Re-hydrate your body. You should drink more water like 1 to 10 glasses per day.
  • You must eat well balanced diet which will have fiber food such as fruits, vegetables, cereals and wheat grains.
  • You should exercise regularly for normal metabolism in the body.
  • Administration of fluid and supplements for preventing from constipation.
  • Take warm liquids in the breakfast and dinner.
  • Administration of medicine which are helps to cure constipation such as lactulose, lubiprostone and linaclotide .
  • Drink apple juice and lemon juice.Add two table spoon of lemon juice with 1/2 cup of apple juice and mix it with ginger juice to help soften the stool.

  • Drink warm water with sugar.
  • Drink cup of milk which is mixed with sugar or honey.
  • Take herbal laxatives and senna : these things are used to reduce from constipation.
  • Use stool softener which contains oils are help to stool soft and easy to passing it.
