Burn Assessment | Laser Doppler Imaging !!

PRECAUTIONS DURING BURN  AT HOME OR ANY ACCIDENTAL SITE 

-A person in burning clothing should never be allowed to run.
-The individual should lie down and roll.
A rug blanket or anything within reach can be used to smother the flames .
-Care must be taken so that i dividual does not inhal e the smoke .
The clothing should be cutt off carefully sonthat the skin is not pulled away.
-Synthetic fabrics thata have meltod into the burn wound are best removed later in the emergency department or burn center .
Jewellry should be removed even if not near the burn wounds due to concerns for fluid shifts and swelling. Blistersshould not be opened, as this increases the chance for infection .
-Patients with large burn areas or third amd fourth degree burn must receive appropriate tetanus prophylaxis.

NOTE : In severe ,widespred burns the patient must be transferred to a byrn center as soon as is practical.

HYPERSENSITIVITY Types of Oral Hypersensitivity Reactions | Immunological and Inflammatory ⁃ Immunologic ally induced inflammation of lungs of a susceptible  host caused by repeated inhalation of a variety of substances including organic dusts. ⁃ Included are molds and other fungi from sources such as cheese ,vegetables,mushrooms, flour ,bark of trees detergents,and contaminated humidification systems. ⁃ In the stage , patients may present with cough , fever, chills, malaise and shortness of breath . ⁃ In sub acute and chronic forms, the onset of symptoms is gradual and prolonged. ⁃ Treatment include identifying abs avoiding causative agents.
