   In today's era most of the people are suffering with eye site problem.Most of the children have spectacles from their childhood.Without eyes you can not see the word's beauty so always take care of your eyes.Every human loves to have accurate vision to see the world clearly. In truth, a healthy lifestyle can significantly reduce the risk of eye health problems.There are no specific remedies that are proven to improve your vision and eyesight naturally without corrective eye wear if you suffer from astigmatism, nearsightedness or farsightedness.There are many steps which can help to improve your eyesight without glasses or contacts. These include things like exercises for your eyes and even i will tell you about some foods which are very beneficial for your eye site. All type of foods i will mention in this article which will help you to improve your eye vision and even i will tell you some other steps about it.

 Firstly i am going to tell you about 10 healthy food which very important to eat daily to improve eye site.


 1. Carrots :-

 The carrots are the source of vitamin A and beta carotene.Carrots are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, potassium.Beta carotene gives orange color to carrots.
As i mention that carrots have vitamin A which plays an essential role to improve eye site. The carrot is a root vegetable that is often claimed to be the perfect health food.

 2. Eggs :-


Eggs

 Eggs are also good food for health and our eye site because the eggs have lutein and zeaxanthin. Lutein and zeaxanthin can reduce the risk of age related eye site loss.To improve your eye vision you should eat egg daily because the eggs have also vitamin C and E and Zinc.

 3. Almonds :-

                               Almonds



 Almonds, like other nuts and seeds, are generally good for eye health.Almonds is a source of vitamin E which help you to improve your  eye site. If you will take vitamin E daily this can help to prevent age-related macular degeneration as well as cataracts.You can enjoy almonds as a snack at any time.  Almonds are very tasty to eat you can eat them with your breakfast.Almonds have calories, so try to limit your intake to one to two servings a day.


 4. Fish :-

 Fish is the main food to improve eye vision.Fish, particularly salmon, can be a great food to consume for eye health.Many fish are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids. If you eat fishes daily it gives you Omega-3 and even some oily fishes that have oil in their body tissue which also gives you Omega-3. Consider incorporating fish into your meal plan a few days a week. Here some fishes which i mentioned below that all have level of Omega-3s :

 > salmon
 > trout
 > mackerel
 > sardines
 > anchovies
 > herring

 You should eat green leafy vegetables daily in your  food such as spinach, Collards and kale, green chilly, broccoli. Leafy green vegetables are rich in both lutein and zeaxanthin and are also a good source of eye-friendly vitamin E and C.You can also saute kale for a side dish or serve it in a salad.

  6. Nuts :-

 Everyday you should eat nuts and beans because these are the rich source of protein which are very useful for weak eye site. Even the Nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Nuts also contain a high level of vitamin E, which can protect the eye from age-related damage.


  7. Juices of fruits :-

 Many type of juices which can help to improve your eye site such as orange juice , Citrus fruit juice which are the good source of vitamin C. The vitamin, found mainly in fresh fruits and vegetables, contributes to healthy blood vessels in your eyes.Drinking carrot juice can ward off various eye disorders,  such as macular degeneration, cataracts, and blindness. 

  8. Milk :-

 Milk is the rich source of riboflavin and it can help to reduce the risk of cataract.Even if you don't enjoy the taste of plain milk, drinking milk each day need not be a chore. Milk is a rich source of protein, a nutrient essential for the maintenance of many tissues, including your skin and eyes.Morning and evening you should drink milk with your food.

 People can use honey for reduce the inflammation and irritation their eyes.It is very beneficial for those people who are suffering with this problem. It can also kill harmful bacteria that could be causing an eye infection.Even you can use the for changing the color of their eyes.Honey is rich in protein, vitamin C.

 Water is also good for our health and specially for our eyes.You should Drink plenty of water which can prevent dehydration,even it reduce the symptoms of dry eyes. As we know that when you have drunk enough water, it will make your body, even your eyes work well and smooth.
