There are many types of methods to control birth. If you do not want early pregnancy then you can take some steps of contraception. You can use some safe and effective methods of birth control using contraceptive is the easiest method for the couples who avoid pregnancy and enjoy physical relationship without worry of pregnancy.There are number of devices, medicine and procedures are available to control the pregnancy.

There are two types of methods 

  •  TEMPORARY METHOD
  •  PERMANENT METHOD

There are five methods come under the temporary method which are mentioned below :-

 > BARRIER METHOD 


These methods are helpful to prevent the sperm from interning into the uterus because they are removable. There are some types of barrier methods :-

1. CONDOM

 This is very old barrier method to avoid pregnancy.A condom is like thin tube which man puts over his penis. It helps to keep sperm from fertilize with the egg.

2. FEMALE CONDOM
FEMALE CONDOM
It can goes in the female vagina. These are easily available in the medical stores and hospitals. It can buying in very cheap prices.


3. HORMONAL METHOD 

The hormones can be used by female for birth control such as pills, Birth control patch, Emergency contraception pills.


4. CONTRACEPTIVE SPONGE

The sponge is filled with spermicides and put in the female's vagina on the cervix.


5. DIAPHRAGM AND CERVICAL CAP 

 It puts into the women's vagina to cover the cervix for avoiding the conceiving.


6  INTRAUTERINE DEVICE (IUD)  

This is the object which made from copper IUD. It puts into the women's uterus.There are two types of IUD are available in the market. The IUD are best object to avoid pregnancy.

It is the effective method to prevent pregnancy as compare to the temporary methods. There are four types of permanent birth control methods which are describe below :-

 1. VASECTOMY

 It the surgical procedure to control the pregnancy. In this procedure the tubes cut which are carry sperm and due to this the paths are blocks in the tests and the urethra.The sperms can not leave the tests and con not reach to the egg after this surgery.

 2. TUBECTOMY

 It is the surgical procedure which performed on the female. The Fallopian tubes are cuts by the physician. The blocking of the paths between the uterus and ovaries.Due to this the sperm can not fertilize with the egg and uterus.

 3. STERILIZATION
STERILIZATION

It is known surgical procedure performed by the physician. Doctors inserts the thin tube through vagina in the uterus and it helps to stop the sperms from fertilize with the egg.Even it can help to preventing from sexually transmitted diseases ( STDs ). It can be performed on both male and female.


 4. HYSTERECTOMY

This is also surgical procedure of permanent method to avoid pregnancy. In this procedure the removal of women's uterus permanently.Even the physician may also remove the ovaries and Fallopian tubes during this procedure because these organs are produce estrogen and hormones. As a result permanently absence of menstrual period and women can not get pregnant.
