DEFINITION OF DYSMENORRHEA


  DEFINITION OF DYSMENORRHEA :-  


This condition is defined as the occurring of pain with menstruation. There are the number of women who are suffering from the severe pain and cramps of muscle.

   CAUSES OF DYSMENORRHEA :-


      1. Some females have hormonal imbalances.
    2. There are increased propagandist secretions in the menstrual flow which intensifies uterine contractions resulting in caused uterine asphyxia and pain.
    3. There are the number of gynecologic disorders such as, Endometriosis this is the condition in which the tissue that normally lines the uterus grows outside the uterus.
    4. The malposition of uterine.
    5. Stenosis" it is the abnormal narrowing of a passage in the body.
    6. Some women are suffering from the pelvic inflammatory disease like pelvic tumors.


   SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS :- 

   1. In this condition normally women are suffering from nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache and back pain.
   2. Abdominal bloating is a buildup of gas in the stomach and intestines.
   3  Painful breast.
   4. Chills, malaise, body ache, low blood pressure, fever.
   5. Pelvic pain, leg cramps

 HOW TO MANAGEMENT THE MENSTRUAL CRAMPS DURING MENSTRUATION :-


    > Administration of medic en :- Provide the reliefs to the patient such as paracetamol, aspirin,ibuprofen the rational of these medic ens is to reduce menstruation pain
 and relief from fever.

    > If you place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back of abdomen. It can reduce backache and relief to your stomach.
    > Daily massage your lower back and abdomen to relief from muscle cramps.
    > You should take rest on your menstruation periods.
    > TO Instruct the patient to avoid fatty and oily foods.
    > To instruct that do not contain caffeine and other harmful products.
    > You should avoid smoking and drinking alcohol which can harmful for your body.
    > You have to do some physical activity may ease the pain of menstruation cramps.
    > You have to reduce your stress during periods.   
    > In nutrition diet :-  You should drink warm water and eat fruit, leafy green vegetables and peppermint tea.
    > You should avoid bananas, dark chocolates,oranges,lemon, egg, pickle and curd. 

 There are some foods which i have already mention you will have to avoid these foods :-

Do not eat dark chocolates

Do not eat eggs 
3.
Do not eat lemons
4.
Do not eat oranges
5.
Do not eat pickles 
6.
Do not eat curd
